ZhenYue Sleep ("we," "us," or "the App") offers relaxation soundscapes, mood check-ins, sleep-session tracking, and optional AI-assisted conversations. This policy explains how information is intended to be handled in the App. Features and data practices may change as development progresses; we will update this policy before any material change is released.

1. Information on your device

The App is designed to keep mood, energy and stress check-ins, optional notes, sleep-session records, sound preferences, favorites, and related reports locally on your device. These records are not intended to be automatically transmitted to our AI provider.

2. Optional AI conversations

If you choose to send a message through the AI conversation feature, your submitted text and a limited amount of recent conversation context needed to generate a reply may be transmitted over an encrypted connection to our AI proxy service and then to DeepSeek, a third-party AI service provider. The App is designed not to automatically attach your mood scores, sleep reports, favorites, or playback history to these requests.

Messages you choose to type may contain sensitive information. Please avoid sharing information that you do not want processed by an external AI service. You can use non-AI features without sending AI messages.

3. Purposes of processing

Information is used to operate the features you select, maintain your locally stored records, generate local reports, respond to optional AI requests, and protect the reliability and security of the AI service.

4. Third-party processing and international transfers

DeepSeek may process submitted AI messages according to its applicable terms and privacy practices, including processing outside your country or region. Its processing, retention and deletion practices may differ from those of the App. Please review DeepSeek's current terms and privacy documentation before using AI conversations.

5. Retention and deletion

Locally stored App information is designed to be manageable through in-app export and deletion controls. Our planned AI proxy does not intentionally persist conversation content; however, technical request metadata may be processed for security and abuse prevention, and hosting providers may maintain operational logs. 6. Security

We intend to use HTTPS to transmit AI requests and to store API credentials only on the server side. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Health and wellness disclaimer

The App provides general relaxation and wellness information. AI-generated content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through an AI conversation, contact us at qianjin2700@gmail.com so we can review your request, subject to the technical and legal limits of third-party processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the App and its services change. We will update the date above when a revised version is published.
